PROJECT DESCRIPTION
THE VALLEY, Dubai
This is a residential project for a residential complex located in The Valley, a suburb in Dubai, UAE.
The building project includes three types of two-storey houses (3-4 and 5 bedrooms) with spacious interiors.
The two-storey houses are to be built along a communal pedestrian walkway.
Simple architectural choices characterize the proposal.
Simple materials were used: pressed plaster with small curves, wooden stucco, wooden pergolas and cladding, black anodized aluminum frames.
Emphasis was placed on the surroundings of the houses with a variety of plantings resistant to local conditions.
