PROJECT DESCRIPTION
FOUR STOREY BUILDING WITH BASEMENT
LEVIDIOY & EKONOMIDOY, PERISTERI, ATHENS
Mixed use building that includes warehouses, offices with conference room, exhibition sales space and basement with parking spaces and ancillary spaces.
The basic building volume is a rectangular parallelepiped of three levels in retreat in relation to the building line. In the remaining triangular area of the plot are ‘added’ staircase, elevator for goods and utility rooms. A curved wall on the ground floor and the first floor defines the main entrance and penetrates angular element developed from the ground floor to the top floor.
Materials: exposed concrete with plank, rough colored plaster, aluminum and metal gray.
