The hotel was developed on a large slope in Imerovigli, with independent rooms and public areas at different levels (reception, restaurant, pool) and was completely rebuilt and renovated.
The construction was done in two phases, in 2015 and 2016 due to major work required.
Added: an independent suite and a two-storey detached building that was divided into two suites, one on each level.
Additional public spaces were created, with the construction of metal extension over the pool and the use of roofs as external living room spaces
The aim of the intervention was to improve the functionality, integration of the image as a whole, taking advantage of views and orientation in all rooms with targeted interventions according to the needs of each space separately.
Architectural elements that blend with local architecture, were used in the attempt to create a new modern image. All interventions were made in order to respect the natural environment and the adoption of elements that comply with the local architecture.
Materials: white plaster on walls and ceilings, forged cement floors indoor, gray floors or with special dyes or synthetic deck outdoors, forged cement in color baths in off-white, wooden frames in gray, pergolas in white.
All the furniture indoor and outdoor were replaced, new lighting study was made, that led into changing existing luminaires and light was added where missing.
