PROJECT DESCRIPTION 

LA PASTERIA RESTAURANT
FALIRO, ATHENS

The store is located in South Polis complex in Delta Falirou, and consists of ground and first floor.
The ground floor is a through-way hall with outside seating in the front and back of the store. Part of interior floor space is raised, creating two different levels inside. There is open hot and cold kitchen, bar, seating area and a point of retail on the side of the main entrance. This is the first time on this chain store that an independent refrigerated glass wine cellar “room” is introduced.
On the first floor there are auxiliary uses, office and W.C.
An effort was made to simplify the image of the company’s store in contrast to the previous ones.
Lights, decorative items and furniture in simple design were combined with classic elements of Italian architecture (stripes on walls, tile panels with decoratives, etc.).
Lights in specific points and materials in their natural form (wood, metal, cement) create a unique atmosphere.
