PROJECT DESCRIPTION
BRIDAL DRESSES STORE DEMETRIOS
ATHENS
The store is located on the first floor of a building on Ermou and Voulis Streets at Syntagma in Athens and has an area of 307,60m2.
The space was divided into zones. The public area, which includes the reception, waiting area and displays for evening dresses, the window displays areas to Ermou and Voulis, the fitting area with the bridal dresses wardrobe for direct communication between these two functions, working area and auxiliary spaces including the workshop room, laundry, accountancy and restrooms.
Dominant color is white to give clarity to the area but also for the direct relationship with bridal dresses. Black surfaces highlight distinct functions in contrast to pure white.
Perforated panels used for daylight exploitation by large glass surfaces, natural wood color, white furniture and mirrors at selected points. Special care was taken for the best lighting of every space in the store.
