PROJECT DESCRIPTION
TWO-STOREY HOUSE IN PILI

Two-storey house, detached free in a nearly flat plot with main use as a vacation house.
On the ground floor are located the living room, kitchen, dining, WC and a guest house, and on the first floor 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
An atrium on the living room creates a two-storey space, divides master bedroom from the other rooms that connect through a bridge, and makes the wooden roof visual from the interior and exterior of the house with the aid of vast glazing. Kitchen has an outdoor pergola that protects from the sun and is used as an outdoor living room throughout summer.
Big balconies and glazings give view to the sea.
Materials: Plaster with artificial chipping, aluminum frames in grey color, stone from Karystos, stoned irregular tiling and wooden roof with tiles.
