PROJECT DESCRIPTION
CARPO NUTS, CHOCOLATE & COFFEE STORE
KOLONAKI, ATHENS
The project is about the expansion of a store with additional space on Kanari street, doubling the existing square meters. The objective of was the creation of an original corner store -that would combine the sale of oven-baked dried fruits and the consumption of handmade chocolate and fresh coffee in a confined space.The main intention was to exploit the space in a way that all products would be well displayed without obstructing the customers’ flow. The coffee zone was situated in the façade of the new part of the store to also serve the exterior space.The products’ packages were used as decoration (sacks, bags etc.)Construction materials: Kourasanit on sand color, black and white brick-shaped tiles, Swedish wood in grey-brown color, brushed oak in natural color, metal elements in black and bronze color, Tinos and Volaka’s marble.The intension was the upgrade of the company’s 1st store with a modern way, without losing the feeling that the existing space created.
